De opdracht die SPIE Belgium heeft binnengehaald via de federale opdrachtencentrale FORCMS, betreft de aankoop, de huur en\/of het onderhoud van afdrukapparatuur, gaande van een A4-printer tot een A3-MFP met hoge snelheid (monochroom of kleur en laser- of inkjettechnologie). Ook diensten in verband met het gebruik van printers (installatie, beheer, onderhoud, monitoring) en documentbeheer maken deel uit van de opdracht. Vijf fabrikanten en integratoren hebben gereageerd op de oproep. SPIE Belgium ICS kreeg bijna 15 op de 21 percelen toegewezen.<\/p>\n<p>Dit succes betekent een grote stap voorwaarts voor de afdeling ICS van SPIE Belgium. Het bedrijf haalde in het verleden al enkele percelen binnen en bevestigt nu haar expertise op het vlak van printbeheer. SPIE Belgium onderscheidde zich van haar concurrenten onder andere met haar certificeringen, haar interventietermijn, haar prijsstelling alsook de technische kwaliteit, de snelheid van beschikbaarheid en de duurzaamheid van de machines.<\/p>\n<p>Geoffroy Philippe, Sales Manager bij de afdeling ICS van SPIE Belgi\u00eb, legt uit: <strong>\u201c<em>Wij zijn er trots op het leeuwendeel van de percelen van deze opdracht te hebben binnengehaald. Talrijke contracten met federale diensten zullen volgen, daar zijn we van overtuigd. Dit is niet alleen een groot succes op het vlak van volume, maar ook wat de duur betreft. De opdracht loopt namelijk tot eind 2024. Het is vrij uitzonderlijk dat een integrator een opdracht met zoveel percelen toegewezen krijgt.
