Hij is de opvolger van Bruno Borremans, die deze functie twee jaar lang uitoefende. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Na twee jaar aan het hoofd van de divisie ICS van SPIE Belgium te hebben gestaan, heeft Bruno Borremans besloten zijn carri\u00e8re een nieuwe wending te geven.\u00a0 Op 16 maart 2020 gaf hij de fakkel door aan Guy Verstraeten, die vanaf nu aan het roer staat van de divisie die verantwoordelijk is voor ICT-oplossingen en digitale transformatie.<\/p>\n<p>Nadat hij zijn diploma als industrieel ingenieur aan de Universiteit Antwerpen had behaald en een masteropleiding Information &amp; Security Technology aan de KU Leuven had voltooid, begon Guy zijn carri\u00e8re als System Management Consultant bij IBM.\u00a0 In 2006 ging hij aan de slag bij Accenture als Technology Consulting Manager.\u00a0 Drie jaar later stapte hij over naar de groep Cegeka, waar hij begon als Business Unit Manager bij de afdeling Managed Services.\u00a0 In 2014 werd hij gepromoveerd tot directeur van de afdeling Cloud Solutions &amp; Projects.<\/p>\n<p>Dankzij zijn algemene IT-expertise, ervaring op het vlak van digitale transformatie en kennis van de industri\u00eble sector is hij de ideale persoon om de divisie ICS verder te doen groeien op de Belgische markt.<\/p>\n<p>Guy Verstraeten: \u201c<em>Voor duurzame groei heb je gemotiveerde, getalenteerde mensen nodig die een meerwaarde betekenen voor onze klanten en onze organisatie.
