Sale & Rent Back

The Sale & Rent Back is a lease contract preceded by the buy-back by Syremat of all or part of existing computer equipment on the basis of the value still to be written off.

• The customer has purchased equipment which is not fully written off
• The customer/lessee sells this equipment, on his balance sheet, at the net book value = the value still to be written off (no loss, no profit)
• The lessor (SYSTEMAT) purchases this equipment at this value and leases it back to the lessee for an agreed period
• This transfer of ownership places the customer/lessee in the technological change scenario required
