Solutions for

Project Management

In order to guarantee the irreproachable quality of its services, Systemat applies an original, certified, tried and tested methodology for project management (SPM), which provides a unique tool for the on-going follow-up and measurement of the quality of each project.

Project management with Systemat

SYSTEMAT ensures the quality of services and installation in collaboration with its customers, using an original methodology for project management (SPM).

This methodology, which consists of several stages, meets the Customer's requirements in terms of the following:

  • Visibility
  • Transparency
  • Performance guarantee
  • Fluidity of processes
  • Management of priorities
  • Management of arbitration
  • Aid to decision making
  • Optimisation of investments, advantages and ROI
  • Efficient management of communications

The 4 stages of a IT project

Traditionally, each project is broken down into four stages, which are broken down into several phases themselves:

Analysis of requirements

SYSTEMAT draws up a form with the customer, for the analysis of the requirements at the origin of the project.

Prototyping

SYSTEMAT designs the solutions likely to satisfy the requirements identified, in close collaboration with the customer.

Pilot phase

One or more solutions are incorporated and tested for validation in an environment comparable to that of the customer. In agreement of the customer, one or more pilot phases are organised to validate the solutions proposed and the solution to be implemented is adopted accordingly.

Start up

The solution adopted is implemented on the customer's site.

Added value of project management by Systemat

The technical teams in charge of projects with SYSTEMAT are made up of the following profiles:

  • Product specialists
  • Technical system engineers
  • Project managers
  • Technical coordinators

These highly experienced people are required to respond to different demands, such as:

  • Independent optimisation studies, calculation of ROI (Return On Investment)
  • Installation studies

Each project is broken down into several different phases, which are tested and validated by SYSTEMAT and approved by the customer. A project manager is responsible for the following, throughout the project:

  • Management of teams for the different phases (pilot phase, representative tests, modifications, installation, information and training, etc.)

  • Coordination of the delivery and installation of equipment
  • Quality control
  • Finalising the project
