Breaking down the SAM project into two phases

Systemat proposes setting up the project according to two different solutions:

  • On-off solution - License review. This solution includes the provision of a tool for drawing up an inventory of the licenses installed, an inventory of the licenses acquired, a comparative analysis of results and drafting a report setting out the proposals for the management of the acquisition of licenses.
  • Solution of accompaniment - Optimisation assessment. Like the previous solution, it starts with a on-off project completed by support for setting up indicators and procedures for continuous revision and correction.
